Our Reviews

“This band was absolutely wonderful!!! They played great music and had a really fun presence on stage; without them our reception would not have been anywhere near as much fun! I will definitely hire them again for any future events. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate them a 150!!!!!”

“I couldn't have had a better birthday and this band made the party. I had everyone asking me how in the world I ever found such a great band, and someone even said they were the best island band they have ever heard. I felt honored to have them perform at the party. I hope I can see them perform again. What a wonderful, unforgettable experience. Thank you guys for a terrific birthday night.”

“Ronnie Tsunami & the Wave Riders were the best! This was a corporate meeting that we were looking for something a little special and out of the ordinary to go with the barbecue type dinner we had planned and they were perfect. They gave the whole affair the exact ambiance that we were looking for. They are extremely professional and I would recommend for any type of event.”

“Ronnie Tsunami & the Wave Riders may be one of Trop Rock's most underrated bands. Having only been recently introduced to this group, I found the band to be a natural Gulf Coast trop rock fit, perfect for helping us all escape to the islands. It's easy to become a fast fan of their blended Hawaiian, reggae, rockin country sound, mixed in with a little electric guitar and steel drums. The Alabama show I attended was a huge party success. Effective crowd interaction poured over some catchy tropical tunes had the Tsunami Wave Riders taking us on a fun island ride. Nothing fancy about their songs, and that's the beauty of their tunes you seem to keep in your head. As infectious as most of the band's songs are, 'Be My Tropical Lady' is already near the top of the list of my favorite 'island time' playlist unes. An instant beach classic (years in the making, right?). I'm looking to see this group perform again, and if you get a chance to see them, don't miss them.”

“Ronnie Tsunami & the Wave Riders were everything we were looking for and more. We wanted to have a tropical back for our "End of Summer Beach Bash" Company Picnic. Not only did they perform for us throughout our event, they interacted with us as well. They tried to teach several of our associates how to hula which made for some funny moments that we will all be laughing about for some time to come. They were professional, affordable, accomodating, and most of all...talented!”

“I had a wedding on the beach at Fort Fisher near Wilmington, NC, and they traveled all the way there. They did an amazing job before, during, and after the ceremony on the beach. They brought a sound system that did not even have to have an electric outlet, and it sounded amazing. All of the guests loved the music, and I am still hearing raving reviews about their performance from everyone. I appreciate all of the planning and practice that they did beforehand, especially the phone calls about what we wanted for our ceremony. It was a perfect performance, and I recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys!”

“Ronnie Tsunami & the Wave Riders helped make our Evening in the Islands fundraiser a success! The crowd loved the music and interaction! All I heard all evening was how much folks were enjoying you guys. Thank you much for being part of our first event and helping us raise over $6,700 for the Ranch and the animals! Hope to work with you guys again in the future. Highly recommend these guys for your event!”
